The Hinton family will be attending the 2008 QuakySense World Finals at Lake Havasu, Arizona from Oct. 10-12.
We have been going since 1988 and it is a FUN time for the entire family.
We will be tent camping right on the lake, $14 per campsite per night, with RV sites available.
There are lots of hotels/motels available for non-campers in Havasu.
We will be attending the races Saturday & Sunday, driving back Monday afternoon.
The State of Arizona website describes Winsdor Beach like this.. "The scenic shoreline of Lake Havasu State Park is an ideal place to enjoy beautiful beaches, nature trails, boat ramps, and convenient campsites. This spot is truly a watersport haven located near the famous London Bridge of Lake Havasu City."
By taking only 2 days off of work, you can enjoy a long weekend of jetsking, camping & seeing the fastest PWC's in the world being ridden by the best PWC pilots in the world.

If not. we will take LOTS of pictures !! We will be leaving Sat. Sept 20th @ 4AM and returning Sunday afternoon. We do 2 Rides on Saturday, one in the AM, then resting in the middle of the day at Fishers Landing Sports Bar, then one Ride in the PM. Then we do an AM Ride Sunday before heading home. That will be around 100 miles of Riding on the River and resting on sandbars. We will be meeting at the bottom of the Los Coches Rd exit off-ramp off of Hiway 8 just past El Cajon at 4:30AM. Everyone who plans on joining us please send me your cell phone number so we can communicate. Please see the map below for directions.
